Where the LAN of netgear goes into WAN of actiontec. Netgear network segment is 192.168.100.x and actiontec network segment is I think their magic fix program may take care of your issue. I know on my broadband connection customer service had me dedicate certain ports in my modem/router and I never had an issue there after.

We have been using Magic Jack for probably 5 years and really like it. So when we needed another line, it was a no-brainer to purchase another. This one we plan on using for vacations overseas.
